Casanova

In 1763, at the age of thirty-eight, the famed Venetian seducer Giacomo Casanova arrives in England seeking a respite from his restless travels and liaisons. Yet before long the lure of company proves too hard to resist, and the dazzlingly pretty face of young Marie Charpillon even harder. So begins a pursuit which drives Casanova from exhilaration to despair and, question the worth and purpose of his life, attempt to reinvent himself.
