Volume III, the Clinical User's Manual, represents the updated International Version of this document. There are a number of variations of this material developed over 20 years. In order to conform to the regulatory requirements of each sovereign state, where the system may be utilized, we recommend that users adhere to these directives, obtain an IRB approval in the U.S. or permission from regulatory bodies in other countries, to apply the system for conditions not yet approved in that particular region.
